Story

Synopsis

A decade after a catastrophic meteor impacts Earth, selected adolescents known as Rams Carriers manifest superhuman abilities. Because their mutant powers bind their physical survival to Mebius Dust emitted by a mysterious central crystal, these youths are strictly confined within the isolated borders of Shinkatsushika. To alleviate crushing boredom and establish neighborhood influence, high schooler Araki, his sister Stella, and childhood friend Olga form an athletic faction named Polis Hopper, competing in high-stakes territorial skirmishes. However, when researcher Professor Yuda enlists their squad for an experimental trial, hidden conspiracies concerning the crystal's origin threaten their fragile sanctuary.
