Synopsis
Meet Monkey D. Luffy, a kid who ate a Devil Fruit and turned his whole body to rubber (yes, really). His dream is huge: become King of the Pirates by finding the One Piece, the legendary treasure left behind by the executed pirate king Gol D. Roger. So Luffy sets sail and gathers a gloriously mismatched crew: a swordsman, a navigator, a cowardly sniper, a lovestruck cook, a reindeer doctor, and more. Together the Straw Hats brave the deadly Grand Line, dodging Marines and rival pirates. It is friendship, freedom, and absurd adventure, stretched (pun fully intended) across a very big ocean.
⚠ Background — may contain spoilers
One Piece began as Eiichiro Oda's manga in Weekly Shonen Jump in 1997, and Toei Animation's anime set sail in October 1999. Here is the wild part: it never stopped. It is now one of the longest-running and best-selling series ever, with Oda holding a Guinness World Record for most copies published by a single author for a comic series. The tale is famously built from sweeping sagas and arcs, all inching toward the mystery of what the One Piece actually is. Oda has teased that he planned the ending from the very start, and fans have theorized about it for over two decades. Patience, friends.

S Probably one of the greatest anime I have ever seen, this thing is on another level. If you live the anime life, then you have held the pirate flag.
