Story

Synopsis

High schooler Shiori is hopelessly fixated on gaining viral clout and digital popularity through her social media feeds. When her smartphone screen accidentally cracks, a bizarre technological anomaly swaps her existence with a glamorous digital clone named SHIORI. While the counterfeit artificial avatar takes over her physical reality and rapidly ascends to mainstream pop stardom, the real Shiori is trapped inside the infinite expanse of the cyber realm. Guided by Komori, an enigmatic humanoid rabbit companion, Shiori must solve cryptic data puzzles and conquer terrifying surreal traps to reclaim her true human life.

Studio SANZIGEN produced this visually dazzling full 3D CGI science-fiction anime film, released theatrically by GAGA in early 2026. Directed and co-produced through a creative partnership with Fuji TV, Slow Curve, and Bit grooove promotion, the production leveraged SANZIGEN's signature stylized cel-shaded digital animation techniques. The narrative explored modern anxieties surrounding virtual personas, online addiction, and social alienation among contemporary teenagers.
