Synopsis
The Silver Soul arc reaches its brutal climax as Edo falls to hostile forces and Gintoki is pushed further than the series has ever pushed him before, physically, emotionally, and morally. Old friends fight and fall alongside him, long-buried truths about his teacher Shoyo and the enigmatic Utsuro finally surface, and the show's years of running jokes and quiet character work all pay off at once, hard.
