Story

Synopsis

The Nakano quintuplets' final school festival arrives, and with it the deadline Futaro Uesugi has been avoiding, since the wedding glimpsed at the very beginning of the story means he eventually chooses one sister. Each of the five has spent the entire series developing genuine feelings and genuine reasons to be chosen, and the film resolves a question the franchise built its whole structure around. The festival provides the setting, and the answer arrives without hedging or ambiguity. Every sister has a genuine claim, which is exactly why the answer matters.
