Story
Synopsis
A new producer at 346 Production is tasked with launching the Cinderella Project, recruiting girls with no professional experience and enormously varied personalities into a functioning idol unit. Uzuki, Rin, and Mio form the initial core, and the series follows the group's development through auditions, performances, and the specific anxieties of young women measuring themselves against an industry that rewards very narrow things. The production dynamics and the pressure of sudden visibility carry as much weight as the performances. Every audition exposes insecurities the girls had not previously had to confront.
