Synopsis
Set in the newly established Yuigaoka Girls' High School located between Omotesando, Harajuku, and Aoyama, first-year student Kanon Shibuya has a deep passion for singing but is paralyzed by crippling performance anxiety during auditions. Kanon vows to give up on music, but her melodious voice catches the ear of Keke Tang, an energetic transfer student from Shanghai who is determined to start a school idol club. Inspired by Keke's relentless optimism, Kanon agrees to join forces. Together with childhood friend Chisato Arashi, ambitious starlet Sumire Heanna, and stern student council president Ren Hazuki, the girls establish the school idol unit Liella!, aiming to turn their blank-slate school into national champions.
