Story

Synopsis

A familiar goofball returns: Foxy the Silver Fox, the crew's old rival from the Long Ring Long Land days. This time he has teamed up with a cunning Marine officer to lure the Straw Hats onto the misty, trap-filled island of Nebulandia, a place designed to neutralize Devil Fruit powers. With Luffy and several crewmates robbed of their abilities and picked off one by one, the remaining Straw Hats have to fight smart to spring their captured captain and turn the tables. It is a fun, mid-tier TV special that blends comedy and action, dusting off a fan-favorite nuisance for one more scheme against our heroes.
