Step inside the Bertram Royal Academy classroom where genius teenage countess and court mage Celia Claire takes center stage as head instructor. In this lighthearted spin-off accompaniment to *Seirei Gensouki: Spirit Chronicles*, Professor Celia conducts lively miniature lectures exploring the magical systems, political geography, and intricate social customs of the Strahl region. Joined by chibi versions of academy student Rio, spirited spirit girl Aishia, and fellow academy companions, Celia cheerfully clarifies complex battlefield spells, explains legendary artifacts, and revisits key turning points from Rio's adventurous journey with charming wit and colorful chalkboard diagrams.
