Story

Synopsis

Hitori Gotoh, a guitarist whose social anxiety operates at genuinely debilitating levels, continues navigating life in Kessoku Band, where she is simultaneously the most talented member and the least functional human being present. This theatrical presentation revisits the band's formation and early gigs, packaging the story for the big screen with the series' signature descent into surreal visual metaphor whenever Bocchi's anxiety peaks. The comedy stays relentless, the music stays genuinely good, and the affection for its socially disastrous protagonist stays intact throughout. Every performance sequence earns the emotional payoff the comedy sets up.
