Story

Synopsis

In the Clover Kingdom, where every citizen possesses magical mana and social status is dictated by arcane affinity, orphan Asta is a total anomaly born without a single drop of magic. While his cool prodigy rival Yuno receives a legendary four-leaf clover grimoire, Asta is ridiculed by the entire village. However, when Yuno is ambushed by a rogue mage, Asta's unyielding willpower summons an ancient five-leaf grimoire housing a demonic, magic-cleaving broadsword. Armed with Anti-Magic, Asta enlists in the rowdy Black Bulls knight squad under Captain Yami, roaring his determination to become the Wizard King.

An inspiring Shonen anime featuring Asta’s relentless determination, great Black Bulls teamwork, and thrilling magic battles. Its outstanding character growth and progression far outweigh a slightly noisy initial start.
