Story

Synopsis

The second chapter of the Washio Sumi trilogy deepens the friendship between Sumi, Sonoko, and Gin while the war against the Vertex escalates beyond anything the three of them were prepared for. The system that made them heroes begins revealing its actual terms, and the cheerful framing of their duty starts collapsing under the weight of what it demands physically. The film moves the trilogy decisively from magical girl adventure toward something considerably more punishing and irreversible. Every battle costs the girls something the system never warned them they would lose.
