Story

Synopsis

Scissor Seven, the world's least competent assassin, gets swept up in a journey to the Xuanwu Kingdom alongside his usual companions, stumbling into a stretch of the map far stranger and more dangerous than his usual small-town hustle. Between goofy misadventures, the show gradually pulls back the curtain on Seven's own forgotten past, including hints about his real identity as the fearsomely powerful Beast Mode fighter he can barely remember being. It keeps its trademark low-budget-looking but sharply written humor front and center throughout. Old rivals and new dangers keep the road anything but boring.
