Synopsis

In 15th-century Poland, brilliant twelve-year-old Rafal is expected to study theology, the safest, most respected path available to him. Then a chance encounter with a mysterious scholar introduces him to an idea the Church considers outright heresy: that the Earth revolves around the Sun. Chasing that forbidden truth could cost Rafal everything, including his life, but he cannot let it go once he sees its beauty and logic for himself. The story follows the dangerous, generational pursuit of heliocentrism through multiple characters over the decades, each risking persecution to inch humanity's understanding of the universe forward, one stubborn, quietly heroic sacrifice at a time.
