My Hero Academia Complete, in order

So you want to watch My Hero Academia in order, and not the "I started Season 4 and don't know who half these guys are" way. Good news: this is one of the more forgiving watch orders in modern shonen. No parallel timelines, no "watch this OVA before episode 12 or the ending won't make sense." Just seven TV seasons, four movies, and a handful of extras you can take or leave.
Here's the shape of it. Deku starts out quirkless in a world where 80% of people are born with superpowers, then All Might hands him One For All and shoves him into U.A. High. From there, the seven seasons run straight through: the Sports Festival, internships, the training-camp raid, the License Exam, the Overhaul arc, My Villain Academia, and eventually the Paranormal Liberation War, the point where the show stops being a school anime and turns into a war story. Season 7 opens the Final Act, and everything from there is endgame.
The four movies (Two Heroes, Heroes Rising, World Heroes' Mission, and You're Next) sit outside the manga's main continuity, but Bones animated each one at full theatrical budget and they slot cleanly into the gap right after the season closest to their release date. Watch them there and nothing feels out of place. Heroes Rising is the one worth going out of your way for. Hands down the best movie in the franchise, no argument.
Everything marked skippable below (Hero Notebook, Rescue! Rescue Training, the Heroes Rising epilogue short, the ONA episodes, Memories, and a 43-second etiquette gag that exists because a theater chain asked for one) doesn't touch the plot. Skip all of it and you won't miss a single story beat. Watch it only if you like these characters enough to want ten more minutes of them doing nothing in particular.
One honest heads-up: My Hero Academia is still mid-Final Act, in both the manga and the anime, so this list gets one more line every time a new season or movie is announced. Bookmark the page instead of memorizing the order.

Okay, this is something that you need to know about the movies that were released. They are really good, but at the same time, they are the sort of side story that you can skip if you want to. Some people will like it, some of you will not like it because it's not actually the part of the actual storyline. So it's okay. I mean, it's gonna work.
A 43-second theater-etiquette gag. Filed as a movie, but there's no story here to watch for.
