Ok, let's be honest. Every Naruto power ranking on the internet is somebody's opinion wearing a lab coat. This one is yours.

Ranking shinobi is a bit like ranking chefs. Some cook one perfect dish and vanish. Some run the whole kitchen for thirty years. So how do you compare a goddess from the moon with a guy who mastered exactly one jutsu really, really well? Answer: you don't. You vote.

Here's the honest problem with the Narutoverse. Power in this show is not a straight line, it's a family tree with cheat codes. Kaguya sits at the source. Hagoromo split her chakra and handed it out like party favours. Madara spent a lifetime trying to glue the pieces back together, and Naruto and Sasuke ended up holding both halves without ever asking for them.

Below that it gets messy in the fun way. Is Minato faster than Tobirama? Does Itachi's genjutsu beat raw power? Was Pain the scariest villain in the series or just the loudest one?
