This year at Comic Con 2024 at NSIC Exhibition Grounds, Okhla, New Delhi, Yali, and Bullseye joined forces to set up a small, simple stall. They showcase their latest comic book collection, featuring amazing cover pages and creative posters in the background. This collaboration’s main aim is to enhance the visibility of Indian comics and connect directly with fans.
In 2023, they partnered with Bangalore Comic Con by creating a combined booth that prominently featured their names. After that, they continued to promote Indian comic books and their diverse narratives through this alliance. Introduction: Yali Dreams Creations and Bullseyes Press
Yali Dream Creations, founded by Asvin Srivatsangam in 2012 is known for its innovative storytelling and catchy artwork that appeals to both Hindi and English language readers. Yali started its journey with the graphic novel The Caravan, which launched in 2013, at Bangalore Comic Con. Every year in this event, Yali established its place by creatively reflecting traditional narratives and showcasing new titles. Additionally, its major achievement is the adaptation of The Village (graphic novel) into a Tamil horror-thriller series on Amazon Prime Video.
In 2018, Bullseye Press established its publication, focusing on Indian comic books that address modern issues while merging traditional narrative with great comic visuality. The publication mainly covers horror, action, and fantasy genres in English and Hindi and has gained massive popularity with its title Aadhira Mohi, which features complex characters and a strong narrative. At the Comic Con festival, they also unveil several new releases to capture fans’ attention.
